Backend: Create bridge retry logic to initiate a new downstream pipeline

Proposal

Add ability to re-create a downstream pipeline when hitting the retry icon on a bridge.

Outcome

That the logic created will support the ability to retry a bridge job which will also create any applicable downstream pipeline.
