Don't autofill Geo admin node when there is a primary present

When you go to the Admin Geo Node section, the default value in the URL for adding a Geo Node is the current node. Customer asked to remove that.

I think it makes sense to keep it when there are no nodes present, but if the primary is there we might want to autofill.
