Document and highlight the gaps with using AsciiDoc and the Wiki

This could include but not limited to answering the following questions:

• What kind of organization uses AsciiDoc over Markdown and why?
  • User interviews
  • Analytics
• What are the main issues with AsciiDoc support in GitLab?
  • Reviewing and organizing issues
• How might we take action to improve the experience?
  • Create MVC issues to tackle key issues
  • Identifying opportunities for upstream contributions
