[UX & Design] Standard license keys - Customer experience

Standard license keys will be restricted - AKA a customer cannot add more licenses than initially purchased unless they visit the portal and add them to their subscription first, and generate a new key.

This issue is to illustrate the experience and flow for customers when attempting to add a new user to a standard license.
