Repair usage activity by stage manage events broken metric
Background
ServicePing metric usage_activity_by_stage.manage.events is taking to much time to complete with approximated estimation of 40 hours (more than all other metrics combined). In order to continue timely repoting for the rest of ServicePing metrics, metric usage_activity_by_stage.manage.events was marked as broken and excluded from calculation, by assigning to fixed fallback value.
Goal
Research and improve metric calculation, to reduce it calculation time to maximum 30 minutes in total
Proposal
Implement @ahegyi's proof of concept. If that doesn't reduce the calculation time below 30 minutes for SaaS, remove the metric.
