Webhook trigger for group membership changes

Description

gitlab with great webhook supported, however, we found that it doesn't send a hook event when a user of a group menbership changed.

Proposal

It would be great if gitlab supports user membership/role changed hook event, since we build an authorized service internally and so this hook is quite important for us.
