Option to disable Renewal notification if account on Auto-Renew

Customer has signed up to GitLab via the web portal and enabled auto-renew. Their payment details are up to date. Despite this, the renewal warning banner in GitLab, is popping up telling the customer to renew.

@francisaquino can we have a custom notification for customers with auto-renewal?
