Design view: Download single issue design image

Problem to solve

As a contributor, I'd like to download an uploaded design image so I can mark it up with edits.

Currently, there doesn't seem to be a clear way to do this. Even right clicking on the image doesn't give me a "View image" button 🤷

Side note

As someone wanting to download this image, the fact that the url ends with .png is a little confusing...
