Oftentimes it can be difficult to get a team decide what to focus on from a backlog or set of ideas.

Intended users
User experience goal
Provide users an in-app way to have discussions regarding capabilities in a very fast and loose way: not worrying too much about precise definitions of “difficulty” or “impact”; allow them to throw things up on the matrix.
Proposal
Create a quick action that takes two titles and uses them to create a quadrant with an X and Y axis and place that image in the Designs section so that users can either vote on a particular issue or take multiple issues and pin where they're at on a given quadrant.
