When editing Epic Boards, the wrong text is being shown in edit modal

When you open the edit epic boards modal, there is text explaining scoping issues.

This should be removed

1. Go to an epic board
2. Open "Edit board"
3. Notice the scoped text is about issues

Expected* this should be removed or the copy should be changed to reflect "epics" not "issues"
