Environments / folder page redesign

Problem to solve

Improve the readability and usability of the environments / folder page.

Context

Per #335417 (comment 710624519), this issue was created to capture the work to apply the new frontend components for the Environments / page.

Intended users

User experience goal

The user can more easily view the different deployments and their status in the environments page.

Proposal

Redesign the page using the new front end components being developed as part of &6938 (closed).

Iterate the table component to display information for environments and deployments in a clear, separated fashion, making sure users:

  • Are able to see the latest deployment and latest commit for an environment
  • Are able to see the next upcoming deployment for an environment
  • Are able to understand which information refers to environment and which refers to deployment
  • Are able to find status, commit, MR, author and job information
  • Are able to find all available actions on the page

New components include:

  • deployment
  • environment
  • folder
