Add tracking to continuous onboarding iteration 2 experiment

In order to track the success of this experiment we should track the following:

• enrollment in the control or experiment along with the namespace_id that was enrolled
• page view of the control or experiment including the namespace_id and if they're in the control or candidate
• click on any of the actions within continuous onboarding in both the control and experiment including the namespace_id and if they're in the control or candidate

This will allow us to not only see how overall stage adoption changes between the control and candidate from an enrollment perspective but we can also use the individual clicks to understand how successful they are in the control vs experiment at adopting particular stages in each version.
