Design Management support draggable comment pins

Job story

[When] viewing a design, [I want to] move comment pins, [so I can] space them out in case another comment covers it (or is covering part of the design?).

Intended users

Further details

Proposal from @jareko

  1. Hover over a comment pin
  2. Hold the mouse down (Cursor: Move)
  3. While mouse is down, drag to new location
  4. To drop the pin, let go of the mouse
  5. Pin is now in a new location
