[BE] Productivity Analytics: Predefined Type of Work data structure

Problem to solve

For the Predefined Type of Work feature, there have been 2 proposals for how to structure the data coming from the backend. What is the structure of the data returned by the backend?

Further details

If the frontend knows this structure, it could allow the frontend and backend teams to work concurrently on the implementation of the feature. The frontend team is currently blocked by this Issue.
