Integrate Shimo as Wiki Alternative

This is a feature from JIHU. The original issue is in JIHU project, and this issue is created here to help our Merge Request get better understood by upstream reviewers.

Release notes

Shimo is a popular cloud-productivity suite leveraged primarily in China, that includes documentation, spreadsheets, slideshows, whiteboards, and more. As a contribution from JiHu, our sister company, this integration will enable the Shimo Wiki directly within GitLab, minimizing the the need to work across multiple tools.

Problem to solve

As a GitLab user (Specifically in China), I want to use Shimo Docs as the group/project Wiki tool.
Shimo is a cloud-based productivity suite that combines documents, spreadsheets, and more in 1 interface. Most of Shimo users are from China.

User experience goal

The user should be able to choose Shimo to replace the original Wiki function, similar to the Confluence integration.

Proposal

  1. In the project/group settings > Integrations, add Shimo.
  2. User choose Shimo to complete the configuration. image
  3. Input Shimo Workspace URL and choose Save change
  4. The Shimo will replace Wiki in the menu, and display a link button to Shimo workspace (similar as Confluence). image
