Remove has_many :deployments and has_many :environments relations from Pipeline

There were a few instances of cross-joins related to has_many :deployments and has_many :environments in Pipeline, both of which are deployed under feature flags (blocked issues below). Once they have been cleaned up, these associations can be deleted ⭐
