Option to see and remove a user from pipeline status integrations mailing list

Proposal
Administrators should have an option to see and remove users from the pipeline status notifications integration list. Ideally, admins would be offered an option/check-box to also remove a user from this integration upon the user's removal from the group or project.
This Issue is a result of a US federal ticket (US citizenship and Federal ZenDesk instance access required to view) in which the customer reported that a user was still receiving pipeline status notifications for a project from which that user had been removed.
For this customer, this is a serious security issue, as the organization handles sensitive/controlled data and operates on the principle of least access, but the user was able to view need-to-know information that the administrator thought they had revoked.
The admin was unable to determine the mechanism that was sending the user notifications, and I was unable to find an answer in the docs; I was only able to find an answer in a confidential issue.
