URL in Admin Area -> Runners is incorrect

Overview

In the Gitpod GDK, the url in the Admin Area -> Runners page is incorrect. This leads to confusion when users just copy/paste the url from there instead of the address bar.

Open a Gitpod GDK workspace and go to the Admin Area -> Runners page.
