Allow users to preview a project's security configuration status at a glance

Problem to solve

There is no direct feedback given to users after a scanner had been successfully enabled. This can leave users with a sense of confusion or uncertainty when adding security measures to a project.

System status for security features is tucked away under a configuration area (Security & Compliance > Configuration).

Proposal

Explore how we might reassure users that security measures are enabled for a given project.

1. How might we confirm that a security feature is successfully enabled?
2. How might we enable users to quickly check the status of a project's security measures?
