Drag'n'Drop for ordering epic issues in Firefox is partially broken

Steps to reproduce

  1. Use Firefox (stable (69.0.3 (64-bit)) or development (70.0b12 (64-bit))
  2. Go to &360 (closed)
  3. Grab any issue from the "Epics and Issues" list make sure you start dragging over the issue title area
  4. Change the position of the issue in the list by dragging it
  5. Upon realising mouse button, notice the error and unexpected redirect to an issue

What is the current bug "Epics and Issues"behaviour?

When releasing the issue in the new position, the specific issue is opened and the order of issues within the "Epics and Issues" list doesn't change

What is the expected correct behavior?

When releasing the issue in the new position, the "Epics and Issues" list reflects the new position and the page stays the same.
