Merge dependency path to the Licenses List response

This is a follow-up issue for #14732 (closed)

We have an endpoint that returns data for Licenses List (License Compliance view). Since the license scanning report doesn't have info about the dependency path, we merge this info from the Dependency scanning report. (Here we use a wrapper on it DependencyList report)
