Display failed jobs when viewing child pipeline overview

Proposal

Currently, when viewing the pipeline overview page for a specific child pipeline, only the jobs that have passed are shown. Ideally, failed jobs should also appear here as they do for normal pipelines to give a proper overview and remain consistent.
