Suggest the thumbs up emoji above the thumbs down emoji when offering emoji auto-complete in Markdown texts

Problem to solve
At the moment when you're using the shorthand : to add an emoji in Markdown texts the thumbs down emoji (
I don't really use the thumbs down emoji, because it's a bit harsh and doesn't contribute to a pleasant working environment. I can imagine that other users also like to use the thumbs up emoji more often than the thumbs down emoji.
Possible solution direction
It would be nice to sort the thumbs up emoji suggestion above the thumbs down emoji suggestion in the emoji auto-complete, because:
- It promotes positive feedback
- Reduces friction to add the (I presume more used) thumbs up emoji
- It's more fun to see the thumbs up first
