File locking feature available for free users in private projects

Summary

I just started using gitlab and I'm trying the features in gitlab.com and just realized that the file locking feature is available is this a "fre trial" or is this feature going to be available for free from now on??

Steps to reproduce

Create a free account on GitLab.com
Create a new private project
Create a new file
Proceed to lock that file

What is the current bug behavior?

File locking functionality works

What is the expected correct behavior?

File locking functionality should be hidden or disabled as per the available features listed here:
