Support jira.com domain during GitLab.com for Jira Cloud app installation

Problem to solve

Currently, customers that want to integrate their Jira Cloud instance, that is configured with with jira.com domain, with GitLab SaaS using the GitLab.com for Jira Cloud application are unable to do so.

Proposal

The GitLab.com for Jira Cloud application works seamlessly with Jira instances served from the atlassian.net domain, so we should either warn users of the application that integrating with GitLab.com will not work as long as their instance is served from a jira.com domain, or allow them to use the integration with that domain.
