Why are we doing this work

With the All pipelines tab implemented, we'll want to make sure long table values are properly truncated.

  • Values are truncated if needed.

Implementation plan

• Assess whether app/assets/javascripts/vue_shared/components/tooltip_on_truncate.vue can be used for this.
• Truncate long table value (> 40 characters).
  • Long values are truncated with an ellipsis.
  • Hovering over the truncated value reveals a tooltip with the full value.
