"Merge When Approved" button on MRs once pipeline succeeds but MR not yet approved

Proposal

Much like the "Merge after pipeline succeeds" button that appears when an MR is approved but the pipeline has not yet finished, it would be AWESOME if we could get a "Merge When Approved" button after the pipeline succeeds but the approver hasn't approved yet. After the button's been hit, the MR would be auto-merged when the MR is approved.
