[Proposal] Preferences option to select "Personal" tab on homepage

It will be great to include an option to set default view on homepage to "Personal" project tab.

This option can be select in Profile > Preferences > Behavior section > Homepage content

  • "All your projects" (existing option)
  • "Your personal projects" (new option)
