Web IDE: Provide a quick way to use suggested commit messages

Currently when using the Web IDE and after staging files, we're suggesting a commit message. There are no other ways to use this suggested message, unless a user clicks "stage and commit". As a user this can raise some question:

  • How do I use this suggested message? Since when I'm typing in the field it disappear, is it a non-actionable placeholder?
  • I would like to reuse the same message but append extra information to it, how do I do this without typing everything?

Proposal

Within the commit message filed, use the tab key to fill the field with the suggested message. (For example in Gmail, smart compose suggests messages, users press tab to use it).
