Proposal
Fully Integrate zammad to gitlab as a replacement to Service desk
** Why
Zammad has a lot of features that really help assisting customers when/after developing. With zammad it possible to communicate with client on different channels (Mail, sms, facebook, chat, voice etc..) which is very nice.
Gitlab issue tracker can be used by developers to focus essentially on development while Zammad can be used by helpdesk team that can sync issues like bugs, features request to gitlab issue tracker
