Have milestone system notes tell from which milestones the issue was changed

Problem

Currently when a milestone is being changed, it's sometimes not easy (issues with a lot of activity) to see from which milestone it was changed (if any).

Proposal

Show is there was a previous milestone, which milestone the issue was changed from.
