Add a view all Boards with Recent at the top

Problem to solve

Right now it's very difficult to see the name of the current board (it's cut off) and the boards I frequently visit.

Proposal

• Implement a board landing page with all your boards in a grid.
• Put Recent at the top in a grid
• Add searchable others below.

Hypothesis

• This will increase the use of recent boards

How will we track

• Get baseline of users using the current drop-down that is hidden
• Track clicks from the new about of all boards
