Trigger pipeline from generated Form in order to validate given variables for manual jobs

Hi all,
For the last couple of years I did a lot of automation with Gitlab Runner, first of all, it's a wonderful product
Especially basic automation (e.g. generating stuff from templates) that doesn't need any kind of configuration management (e.g. Ansible or Terraform for state), I'm currently using the pipeline-variables as input (I was really happy when this feature was implemented!).
I know that it's not perse the scope of Gitlab (runner) as a product, but for the situation above, it would be extremely helpful if you could trigger a pipeline from some kind of predefined form to get (and validate) all the variables needed for a pipeline. At least; I would love this as a feature.
