Unable To Save Custom VSA Report

Problem

When editing a custom value stream report, nothing happens when I click save and my changes are not saved.

Additional Notes

  1. Observed via Chrome and GitLab Next
  2. Creating a new custom VSA report saves as expected
  3. Only workaround is to completely delete custom vsa report and start from scratch
