Copying text from Microsoft gets pasted as an image

Text from Microsoft OneNote gets pasted as an image instead of regular text. Apparently, this issue also occurs with Microsoft PowerPoint > #254215 (comment 548408174).

Steps to reproduce

1. Find a random MR where you can insert a comment OR create a new issue and use the description textarea.
2. Paste some text from Microsoft OneNote.
3. Copy the text from Microsoft OneNote into your textarea.
4. The pasted text will become an image instead of regular text

What is the expected correct behavior?

The pasted text is of regular text and doesn't get converted to an image
