Why is not the left sidebar's Merge requests' subitem as the other ones - a clickable menu item?

Hi,
I'll make it brief:

I used to hover with a mouse over the left sidebar's items, stopped at the desired one and when a submenu emerged I selected one item (got highlighted) and clicked on it

• either with the left mouse to open a new page within the same tab
• or with the right mouse to open a new page within a new tab.

After the upgrade to 14.1.3-ee there are a couple of sidebar items there that are not clickable:

• YouTrack
• Merge requests
• Wiki

Why?
