Add a total number of runners in Group view
Description
As part of the UX Scorecard recommendations, it was really unclear for me to figure out how many runners I had at one time. I thought updating pagination to use pagination basic would be a fix, but after talking with @mrincon , that would negatively impact the performance. Adding a total would help when Priyanka is checking runners at group and project levels, as well as taking actions from the instance view.
Proposed solution
