Improve Admin runners list view search empty state
Release notes
When your search criteria does not match any runners, we don't provide a helpful message in the admin view, other than no runners found. We will make the message more informative to identify that there were no runners that matched the search criteria.
Problem to solve
As part of the UX Scorecard recommendations, I noticed that our empty state of the admin table was not helping me achieve anything. When a filtered search doesn't match anything, we should include more than no runners found.
