Track failure/success of GitHub Importer

Problem

In order to understand the current performance and value of our GitHub importer, we need to know what number/percentage of imports is successful/failed.

Proposal

Collect metrics (usage ping from Saas and Self-managed, 28d roll-ups):

• Number of GitHub imports attempted
• Number of successful GitHub imports
• Number of failed GitHub imports
• Number of successful GitHub imports with some failures

Build a Sisense dashboard to show this data over time.

To iterate, we will start with less detail, only showing success and failure, and no partial successes.
