Update secure analyzers which rely on deprecated adoptopenjdk docker images

Proposal

As of today adoptopenjdk images were officially deprecated https://github.com/AdoptOpenJDK/openjdk-docker/pull/604/files.

I believe we currently only use this for pmd-apex but we should doublecheck no other images rely on them.
