Live Markdown Preview loses functionality on resize

Noticed on .com, when the live markdown preview is open in the Web IDE, a resize event cause by either resizing the left sidebar, opening one of the right sidebars, or opening the browser's developer tab causes the markdown preview to stay hidden.
