When Removing a Labels Text Description completely, it fails to remove

Summary

When attempting to delete a groups tags description completely, it fails to save the change.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to Your Projects
2. Go to a project group
3. Go to Project Information
4. Edit a Label, remove all of it's description text and save
5. Note that the description text remains in place

Tested with 100% reproducability at with the Tag "Priority: High" https://gitlab.com/groups/nekologic-internal/-/labels

What is the expected correct behavior?

The description text completely removes appropriately

Other info

I also noticed when copying and pasting descriptions from one tag to another, it seems to always introduce an extra white space at the beginning of the copied description. Could be related?
