Bulk editing labels on Epics caused descriptions to be updated with random text

Summary

Bulk editing Epic labels randomly modified the description of those epics with unrelated text. Bulk editing also removed labels I unintended to remove Example: &5519 (closed)

Steps to reproduce

1. Select a filter on the epic list (my filter)
2. Select all Epics
3. Click "Edit Epics"
4. Apply label (I used sectionfulfillment)

note: I had bulk edited ~20 or so epics, it seems to have affected most of them.

What is the current bug behavior?

1. Selected label was correctly applied
2. Epic descriptions were updated with random text (not my text, or intentional)
3. Other labels were removed in the bulk operation

What is the expected correct behavior?

1. Descriptions remain unchanged
2. No labels are removed
3. Only my selected label is added
