Possible fixes
Currently the graph returns data from September 2019
Can we truncate this to show data by default for the last 90 days and allow user to view historical data in another page ot export to CSV format?
The default should not be loading 3 years of data
Additional considerations
This limitation should be put behind a feature flag, so that self-managed instances can continue to run reports for 90+ days, while we have an option to increase the performance of GitLab.com.
The default should be the current behavior (not limited).
