Some fields at Mirroring repositories show confusing behavior

Summary

Mirror direction and Authentication method dropdowns are greyed out and when hovering over them, the arrow sign indicates that they're unavailable. But when clicking on these fields, a dropdown appears.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a project
2. Go to Settings > Repository > Mirroring repositories
3. Hover over the Mirror direction and Authentication method

What is the current bug behavior?

The pointer indicates that the field is not available while it's possible to pick one of the options from the dropdown.

What is the expected correct behavior?

If the field is indeed not available, it should be not clickable. Or, it should be more evident that those fields are available
