Sort by column doesn't work on Value Stream Analytics

Summary

On the project's Value Stream Analytics page, sort by doesn't work for any column.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open any project with some activities
  2. Go to Analytics > Value Stream
  3. Click near "Issues" or "Time"

What is the current bug behavior?

The arrow indicating ascending or descending appears but the data is not sorted by chosen column

What is the expected correct behavior?

The data should be sorted
