"Run Pipeline" button in Merge Requests Should Have Purpose Distinct Name

The MR Pipelines panel Run Pipeline button now reads "Run MR Pipeline"

Problem to solve

The "Run Pipeline" button on "MR Pipelines" page should visually show that it does something different than the "Run Pipeline" button on the project level "Pipelines" page.

The fact that an additional, very helpful and very different feature is in view is easily lost.

If you don't press the button from this page, none of the CI_MERGE_REQUEST* CI variables go into the CI job. This is likely a very challenging first-time-feature-use journey.

Proposal

Simply add "MR" to the button to read "Run MR Pipeline"
