Jira Connect New Branch form: Only show projects that are children of linked namespaces

We currently show any project that a user has access to (soon, it will be any project as user can push to: #337274 (comment 641990568)).

However, at this point, a Jira Connect App user has linked a specific set of GitLab namespaces to their Jira Cloud account. Therefore, they may not expect to find projects from other (non-linked) namespaces.

In other words, if I've linked My-Group namespace, perhaps I should only expect to see projects under this namespace.

Proposal

Only show projects that are children of linked namespaces. In other words, filter out projects that are children of non-linked namespaces.
