Define groups for zoom and scrolling of charts in Dashboard

  I'm not sure what kind of behavior we want here. Do we want to link this up with our area charts as we zoom and scroll? I'm thinking we need to rethink how we are currently handling this group id and potentially link charts based on their dashboard group instead of grouping by chart type. That is probably outside the scope of this MR though. Let's open an issue for further discussion on which charts we should be linking together since that will require UX input.
