Fix remaining cop offenses for Graphql/Descriptions

The Graphql/Descriptions cop was extended to cover descriptions the start with "A" or "The" !67473 (merged).

This issue is to track fixing the existing offenses that were added to .rubocop_manual_todo.yml.
